Job summary

Nationwide Fab is seeking a Polisher I for the First Shift at our Northglenn, CO facility. The role involves polishing stainless steel components, grinding and deburring weld seams, and maintaining quality finishes.

You will operate polishing machinery, inspect parts for defects, and work within safety protocols, PPE, and team-based goals. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and work experience.
• Ability to inspect each piece for flaws or cracks to ensure it meets the specifications and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and/or assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Polish and buff stainless steel components to clean, smooth finishes.
• Operate polishing equipment and abrasive tools to remove imperfections.
• Fettling, grinding, deburring and polishing weld seams as required.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
