Job summary

Inpro in Muskego, WI, seeks a Shipper to prepare, pack, and ship orders while supporting fabrication of signage and printed wall panels. You will use ERP systems to process orders, track shipments, and maintain records, and you may cross-train across production areas to build broader skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and the ability to understand and interpret measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work orders, and product specifications.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and production equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to learn and use internal ERP systems and order-processing software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship orders according to specified methods of transportation and shipping requirements.
• Pull, verify, and package materials according to product specifications and work orders.
• Use internal systems and ERP software to process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with print finishing operations and the fabrication of signage and printed wall panels.
• Receive inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safely handle and move materials using forklifts, man lifts, and other applicable equipment.
• Track packed orders by quantity and product type.
• Coordinate with manufacturing team members and team leads to support production schedules and workflow.
• Cross-train across production cells to develop basic proficiency in sign fabrication, print production, and finishing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S+Safety standards.
• Identify and report quality concerns, nonconforming materials, and safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
