Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Roofers for projects in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA. This is a first shift opportunity with pay up to $30/hour based on experience and skill.

You will set up and operate a tar pot, spread roofing rock, perform flashing installation and repairs, and support roofing installations across Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, vacation pay, and Tradesmen+ rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic roofing hand tools.
• Must have required PPE.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a tar pot.

• Assist with roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
