Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions is seeking full-time production and warehouse associates for a temp-to-hire role in Fairfield, Ohio. The first shift pays $15 per hour, with a second shift at $16 per hour; exact start times will be confirmed during screening.

Ideal candidates will package, label, sort, pick and pack products, move materials, and support production or warehouse operations while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Prior warehouse or manufacturing exposure is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, retail stockroom or other high-volume experience is helpful but not required.
• No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.

Responsibilities
