Job summary

Dlc Inc in Freeport, MN is hiring a Production Specialist - First Shift to operate roll formers, benders, slitters, and forklifts for panels, trims, and fasteners. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing all day, and following safety protocols.

Training provided for those without prior manufacturing experience. The position offers a Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm schedule with overtime opportunities and a starting wage of $22 per hour in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but no experience? We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery for efficient production.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in training new team members and support continuous improvement.
• Handle and store materials properly.
