Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Fairfield, OH is hiring for a 1st shift Production Machine Operator – Packer. The role focuses on monitoring machine production, inspecting product quality, and packing items for shipment with weekly pay and benefits.

Candidate must have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, a High School diploma, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. English literacy is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine production for pre-moistened towelette wipes.
• Visually inspect product quality for leaks, alignment, artwork and defects.
• Pack product and apply labeling for shipping.
• Organize and arrange products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean workspace free from hazards to ensure safety.
• Perform other production and general labor tasks as needed.
