Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Algona, IA is seeking a Production Line Operator to join an established agricultural manufacturing team on 1st shift (6:50am–3:00pm). This temp-to-hire position offers $17/hr and a collaborative environment focused on quality and safety.

You will perform repetitive line operations, maintain production records, and assist with housekeeping while upholding company policies. Strong communication and physical stamina are required; lifting up to 75 lbs is expected, with team

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb/balance/stoop/kneel/crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive line operations to mass-produce products
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Use of knife to cut product according to specifications
• Inspect finished product
• Maintain production records
• May work in other workstations as needed
• Always promote team effort in helping others and safety first
• Assist with housekeeping duties
