Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work 1st shift (Mon-Fri from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and engage team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to manufacture quality products.
• Execute daily production plans to meet goals.
• Monitor production and address delivery issues.
• Coach Production Leads through training and feedback.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve performance.
