Job summary

Bell & Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a ByProduct Lead to ensure smooth operations from crew arrival through departure. You will collect PPE, tools, and necessary information while meeting department needs and completing end-of-shift tasks.

Coordinate breaks, trainings, and daily duties; monitor flow and address downtime or quality concerns; prior leadership is helpful but not required and a High School Diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of PPE and GMP standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, production schedules, line speeds, and daily production needs.
• Ensure safety, PPE, GMP, quality, and company standards are followed.
• Conduct shift handoffs, floor checks, hourly production checks, and end-of-shift walkthroughs.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches, cleaning, and daily stretches.
• Train and assist team members and delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor production flow, minimize downtime, and address issues promptly.
• Report staffing, downtime, safety, quality, and foreign material concerns.
• Complete required paperwork and perform basic department functions.
