Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for the first shift (5:30am-4:00pm Mon-Thurs) in a regulated manufacturing environment in Minnesota. The role includes operating and monitoring machinery, setup participation, and routine maintenance to support high-quality medical device production.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting drawings and blueprints; ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work with small precision parts and perform visual/dimensional inspection.
• Minimum education as above; technical certification preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, and quality requirements including FDA regulations.
• Completes tasks with some independent judgment and solves routine problems.
• Operates and may set up equipment; performs finishing operations as needed.
• Loads components into tools and follows manufacturing documentation.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance.
• Maintains machinery and participates in continuous improvement activities.
