GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in San Antonio, TX. You will operate lift trucks and order pickers to move products, load/unload trailers, and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse in line with the company’s 7S standards.

The role requires certification in safe forklift operation, 1 year of warehouse experience, and a team-focused, can-do attitude. Competitive pay, full health benefits, and retirement plans are included.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Flexible schedule with overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
