Qualifications
- Previous commercial or residential painting experience required.
- Must have own painting tools (brushes, rollers, basic hand tools).
- Experience with surface preparation, patching, and finishing; brush/roller proficiency; spray painting a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Perform brush, roller, and spray painting as needed.
- Complete drywall patching and minor surface repairs.
- Protect surrounding surfaces using masking, taping, and drop cloths.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Complete painting projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
