Job summary

KIK Consumer Products Inc. is seeking a Packer 2 on 1st shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm with weekends per business need) to pack, label, and inspect pool chemical products for shipment. The role operates in a chemical manufacturing environment with GMP, hazardous material handling, and safety policy adherence.

Base starting rate is $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, applying codes, ensuring accurate production runs, and maintaining documentation and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No minimum years of experience; training provided.
• Experience with inspecting, verifying, or signing off on work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package pool chemical products into approved containers ensuring standards are met.
• Inspect products and packaging to verify quality and absence of defects.
• Apply labels, lot codes, and regulatory markings per specs and requirements.
• Ensure correct product, packaging materials, and quantities for each run.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and monitor conveyors, shrink-wrap, and labeling systems.
• Perform line clearances, housekeeping, and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
