Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. located in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is hiring a Packaging Equipment & Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift. The role oversees mechanics, schedules maintenance, and ensures safe, compliant packaging operations across fillers, labelers, cartoners, and related equipment.

The incumbent will lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects while ensuring adherence to SOPs and FDA regulations. Strong PLC knowledge and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and minimum 6 years experience in a cGMP regulated environment in pharmaceutical/biotech facilities.
• Strong knowledge of PLC and equipment electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising packaging/maintenance staff and coordinating shutdowns or PMs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging mechanics to ensure efficient packaging of goods.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair and upgrade of packaging equipment.
• Apply preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA requirements.
• Lead staff scheduling and training to meet production needs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
