Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials to be moved
• Open containers and prepare items for transport
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
• Secure loads and assist crane or hoisting operators as needed
• Convey materials to designated areas and tag labels to containers
• Record quantities moved on daily production sheets
• Operate industrial truck or electric hoist as required
