Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring a Material Handler for the 1st shift in Whitsett, NC. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for the full shift, and collaborating with different departments to meet tight deadlines.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 6:30 am–4:00 pm with Friday 6:30 am–10:30 am. Pay is $15.25 per hour on W-2. This contract position offers steady work for 2+ years with overtime as needed. Reliable attendance and basic literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Team-oriented with ability to work across departments.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
