Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler or Manufacturing Technician in Gloucester, MA. You will build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test fixtures within a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, correcting errors.
• Using fixtures and instruments to validate assemblies.
• Entering production data and progress into computer systems.
• Receiving and auditing parts for build readiness; inspecting components.
• Troubleshooting issues and contributing to process improvements.
• Documenting completed work clearly and accurately.

ELECTRO MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER OR Manufacturing Technician

Gloucester, MA

Schedule

• Competitive pay ranging from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus shift differentials


• First Shift: from 5 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday


• Second Shift: from 3 on to 11:30 pm Monday through Thursday has an additional 10% differential


• Mid Shift: from 11 am to 7 pm


• Third Shift: from 7:30 pm to 6 am Monday through Thursday has an additional 13% differential


• Fourth Shift: from 6 am to 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with an additional 11% differential

Pay Rate:$23.00 to $28.00 per hour all depends on experience.

Rate does not include shift hourly differentials

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building, repairing, and testingelectrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum assemblies and subassemblies


• Working fromwork orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and verbal or written instructions


• Performingelectro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, while identifying and correcting errors


• Usingtest fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to validate assemblies


• Entering production data, labor details, and work progress into computer systems


• Receiving and auditing parts to ensure build readiness; inspecting components for defects


• Troubleshooting issues and contributing toprocess improvements


• Documenting completed work clearly and accurately

Safety & Work Environment

• Properly use PPE, tools, equipment, and materials


• Proactively report hazards, incidents, or injuries


• This position may involve working in acleanroom environment, requiring PPE such as coveralls, hoods, booties, gloves, safety glasses, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Standing for extended periods, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs or ladders, and working in tight spaces


• Lifting and handling components and tools


• Operating hand and power tools


• Working in environments with moderate to high noise levels


• Driving or operating heavy machinery, includingforklifts


• Ability to distinguish between colors
