• Conduct inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Conduct walk-arounds to understand portfolio buildings and layouts.
• Ensure energy management and system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
