Qualifications

• Unrestricted LPN license.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit, ensuring staff can provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes in status.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Select nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
