Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Indianapolis is seeking a 1st Shift Lot Picker Associate for our waste/recycling disposal facility on the southside of downtown. The role offers $17.50/hour and a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule.

Primary duties include exterior upkeep, picking up debris around trailers, compactors, and dust collectors; ensuring parking lots are debris-free; may assist with indoor cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift and move at fast pace.
• Must be able to work outdoors year round.

Responsibilities

• Will be doing upkeep on the property outside cleaning up plastic that falls from trailers, cleaning up around the compactors, dust collectors, etc
• Making sure that parking lots around the building are free from debris that could blow around.
• Could assist with cleaning tasks inside of the facility as needed.
