Job summary

Mom's Meals is hiring a Materials Support Rep to assist the kitchen by identifying, scanning, and moving ingredients from dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage to the production area. You will collaborate with kitchen staff to pull the right items and support smooth meal preparation.

Candidates should blend attention to detail with strong organization, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment while following GMPs and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous food production or assembly line experience.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow GMPs and food safety rules.
• Strong organizational skills and numerical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scan, and move kitchen ingredients from storage to the kitchen.
• Interact with Kitchen staff to retrieve items as needed.
• Review comps & sub-comps to ensure correct items are pulled.
• Monitor ingredient usage to keep production stocked.
• Operate pallet inverter or hand-stack pallets when equipment is down.
• Follow Food Defense and GMPs; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
