National Safety Apparel in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Sewing Operator to join a TSS sewing team. You will produce garments according to NSA and TSS guidelines, within a designated zone and using gauging or similar tools.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, setting up machines to exact requirements, maintaining documentation, and upholding quality standards. You will collaborate with team members and report needs to supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce work in a TSS sewing team-based cluster according to NSA and TSS guidelines.
• Work in designated zone to produce specified product to required specifications using gauging or other tools.
• Maintain equipment and operate it safely with proper methods.
• Set equipment to specific requirements and maintain documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Adhere to quality standards and cluster requirements, including lighting cues for support staff.
• Collaborate with cluster members and escalate needs to supervision promptly.
