Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Buckeye, AZ location to support daily store fulfillment and distribution operations. You will locate locations, receive, pick, and move merchandise using RF guns, while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and adhering to quality standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures with flexible hours, including alternate shifts.

Qualifications

• Stand Up Reach Truck or Forklift experience required.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed methods.
• Knowledge of physical inventory process is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Locate all physical locations.
• Load and unload shipments safely and move product to assigned locations or containers.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Use RF Gun for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments and load functions.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper daily functioning.
• Communicate with manager to rectify problems like damages or shortages.
• Perform basic arithmetic for units and measures.
• Maintain proper staging and labeling.
