Job summary
Big Rapids Products in Big Rapids, MI is seeking a 1st Shift General Production worker. The schedule runs 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime often available on Fridays. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
You will perform inspections, packing, assembly, and machine operation while standing for the full shift, using hand tools. All positions are hire‑in opportunities based on attendance and performance.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- No rehires accepted for previous employment at Big Rapids Products.
- Overtime may be required on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts during production.
- Pack finished products.
- Operate hand tools (screw guns, nut drivers).
- Assemble components.
- Operate machines.
