Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Forklift Operator (Production Runner) in Carrollton, TX. The role supports inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, and finished goods handling on a first shift.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to operate a stand-up reach forklift, read production schedules, and perform basic math to fill orders. Shift runs 5:00am–1:30pm, with potential Saturday work and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to operate a stand-up reach forklift.
• Must read and understand production schedules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, date, record, and mark all inbound receipts
• Stock inbound receipts in designated storage areas
• Rotate raw materials and packaging supplies
• FIFO (First In First Out)
• Conduct inventory counts on packaging and raw materials
• Pick, count and ship finished goods accurately on assigned shifts
• Accurately unload, separate, count and stock incoming finished goods
• Assist with inventory control of finished products
• Monitor quality control of products and do not ship damaged goods
• Change forklift batteries to insure proper charging
