Qualifications

• Associate/Technical Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Technology preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years related facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge/schooling preferred.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision; excellent computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and interface with governmental agencies preferred.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform all work functions with required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a 35,000 square foot facility in equipment installation, setup, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance; may include custodial and maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining adequate level of inventory and organization of spare parts for all site equipment.
• Serving as a member of the Safety Team.
• Assisting engineering and production teams with floor layout changes, introducing new equipment, and large or small continuous improvement actions.
