Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Coordinator - Distribution to work at one of our Supply Chain locations inTolleson, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining performance and quality while coordinating with partners on the floor to maximize productivity of the department.

Responsibilities include relaying supervisor instructions, communicating quality information, and ensuring that production processes meet standards, with a 1st shift, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 7 hours a day.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance and quality requirements are met or exceeded.
• Work with partners at their work station or on the production floor to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate regarding quality and product information and relay supervisor instructions to production partners.
