Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred; CNC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into machine commands for correct function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance with specs.
• Test machine operation for smooth running and safety.
