P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking a CNC Horizontal Machinist I for our first shift.

The role produces parts to our standards and customer specs in a family-founded environment that invests in advanced equipment and software for aerospace, medical, automotive, and other industries. We require basic to intermediate GD&T knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and travelers.

Competenze

• Basic to intermediate understanding of GD&T.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Operate forklift.
• Follow safety rules and quality policies.
• Read and follow job travelers and manufacturing docs.
• Read offsets and edit programs with supervision.
• Perform mechanical inspection with micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and pin gauges.
• Conduct visual inspections.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
