Job summary

NEXGEN Tooling is seeking a CNC Operator in Sanford, ME for a full-time first shift. You will operate and maintain CNC cut-off and honing machines, keep the work area clean and safe, document processes, and ensure ERP entries and paperwork are accurate, contributing to efficient production.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work well in a team or independently with strong time-management skills. Expect 40 hours per week, with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC Cut off Machines.
• Operate and maintain CNC Honing Machines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, floor area, and workstations neat, and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete processes by entering and supplying the required information.
• Ensure that all paperwork and ERP entries are completed accurately.
