Qualifications

• 2 years of chemical operator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production areas including Mica Preparation, Finishing, Blending & Packaging, Repack, Non-Dust, Bismuth, and WM production.
• Process chemicals by following SOPs on reactors, filters, kilns, centrifuges, pumps, etc.
• Ensure safe and environmentally compliant operation of production processes.
• Package and transfer chemicals safely.
• Monitor and maintain equipment including adjustments, cleaning, and startup/shutdown.
• Conduct laboratory tests and record results (pH, temperature, particle analysis).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide on-the-job training to other operators.
