Job summary

Clark-Reliance is seeking a Production Technician (1st shift) to perform mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and related operations. The role requires following blueprints, using hand/power tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will document materials, assist in inventory control, and ensure proper packing and shipping. Overtime may be required; a safe work environment emphasizes ISO standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.
• One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read simple blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects, and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products for the qualified area.
• Document and track materials and inventory accurately.
• Package and ship products with proper documentation.
• Visually inspect products for damage during handling and shipping.
• Inspect and evaluate parts for quality and perform related analysis.
• Track inventory and prepare related documentation.
• Perform material handling using equipment when needed.
• Utilize tools and hoists safely during operations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and suppliers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ISO quality standards.
