Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking a General Assembler to join our production team in Minnesota. You will assemble multiple machine models following standardized procedures and prepare units for QA.

You will move completed machines using pallet jacks and verify that each unit meets quality standards, while completing required documentation. The role requires reading and interpreting work instructions and drawings, plus fluency in English to communicate clearly with team members.

Qualifications

• 0 to <50% of stations on two-three lines depending on line difficulty.
• Ability to operate small air, hand, and electric tools.
• Read work instructions and drawings.
• Communicate effectively in English (read, speak, understand).
• Read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines following established procedures.
• Move machines using pallet jacks.
• Verify quality and complete paperwork.
