Qualifications

• At least 6 months prior experience in distribution/warehouse environment; forklift driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (PkMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with tools, supplies, and safety checks.
• Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are followed correctly.
• Train, coach, and guide team members.
• Lead by example as a supervisor’s extension.
• Enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Perform housekeeping tasks by shift end.
• Address hazards and report issues hourly.
