Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.
  • Ability to read, follow instructions, and retain procedures and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and coordinate with multiple roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with Customers.
  • Coordinate with Captain, Flight Attendants, Dispatcher and Ground Personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Southwest procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining safety and operational efficiency during flights.
