Job summary

ALLO in Sierra Vista, AZ is hiring a First Impression Specialist to be the friendly face customers remember as they walk through our store. You will help customers with account questions, payments, new service sign-ups, and mobile plans, delivering a positive, service-first experience.

In this in-office role, you'll build relationships, drive sales through meaningful conversations, and maintain accurate records while upholding ALLO's commitment to community and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in telecom is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador representing ALLO in-store.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and drive sales.
• Document interactions and update customer accounts accurately.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and product guidance for mobile services.

Whether it’s collecting a payment, signing a customer up for new service, exploring ALLO Mobile plans, or answering account questions, you’ll be their trusted guide.We’re seeing a natural connector, someone with a background in sales, customer service, or telecom, who thrives on intentional conversations and is motivated to drive sales, increase customer retention, and champion the ALLO way.If you’re a people person who loves helping others, enjoys a little variety, and wants to be the friendly face customers remember, this could be the perfect fit for you!This is an in-office role located in Sierra Vista, AZ.Role ResponsibilitiesBe a Brand Ambassador, passionately representing ALLO’s core values.Proactively engage with customers to understand their unique needs.Drive sales growth through intentional, solution-focused conversations.Proactively connect with customers through targeted outbound calls.Properly document all customer interactions, feedback, and account changes.Provide an exceptional experience for walk-in customers, ranging from answering billing questions to providing hands-on support for mobile services.Organize, monitor, and maintain in-store product inventory.Master ALLO’s suite of products and services to become a trusted expert for our customers.Provide friendly, basic troubleshooting and guidance to resolve customer inquiries.Maintain strict data integrity while completing various administrative and data entry tasks.Cultivate a welcoming, professional, and clean store environment that reflects ALLO's commitment to excellence.Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent.Previous customer service, sales, and/or mobile experienceSkills, Knowledge, & AbilitiesA genuine passion for connecting with people and an unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.A consultative sales mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and present compelling solutions.A problem-solving attitude; you’re someone who takes initiative and finds ways to get things done.Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.Physical & Operational RequirementsAbility to lift and raise objects up to 25 lbs.Physical stamina to remain upright on your feet for extended periods.Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.Strong ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment.Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.Travel requirement of up to 10% of the time.People are our passion.
