Job summary

String is seeking a high-potential intern to help build our growth engine from scratch in NYC. You will split time between sales and marketing, learning how to position and promote our data platform to a wide range of companies.

You will work directly with our CEO Rohit and the founding GTM hire, gaining hands-on ownership and real-world experience. This role offers the chance to grow into a full-time position if you prove your unicorn potential.

Overview

Howdy! Bruce here - Chief of Staff at String. If you’re a young person who is top 1% in ambition, creativity, and hustle and wants to help us build our revenue engine from scratch, I want you to come work for us this semester.

This role will allow you to gain real experience and ownership of our go-to-market motion. You will combine both sales and marketing, focusing on getting our products in front of as many companies as possible.

We’re building the most comprehensive platform to collect and structure web data, and we need to get it in front of as many people as possible.

We’ve hit seven figures in ARR, doubling this year by selling to everyone, from individual devs I meet on X to some of the most powerful financial institutions on the planet. We’ve done it all with a lean team of < 10, with only one unannounced seed round.

The Web Access API is our newest product, launched in July, and we have already signed multiple enterprise customers. We have not churned a single one, our conversion rate from trial -> signing is 100% so far. We need to get it in front of as many companies as possible.

I need you. You’ll work directly with me, our CEO Rohit, and the Founding GTM hire to build out our growth engine from scratch. If you kill it, you’ll have a full-time role available for you.
