We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks a personal injury trial attorney to take full ownership of bodily injury and catastrophic injury cases from filing through verdict. This partner-track role offers meaningful courtroom responsibility, significant client contact, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package in a Boston-based practice.

The candidate should have Massachusetts bar in good standing and extensive plaintiff-side trial experience, with a proven first-chair record in jury

Formación

• Massachusetts bar in good standing required.
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury and bodily injury matters preferred.
• Minimally 2 jury trials as first chair with a winning track record.
• Ability to independently manage a large, active caseload and direct staff.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.
• Retain experts and attend expert depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Try cases to verdict and handle post-trial motions.
• Attend file audits, litigation meetings, and trial clinics.
