A financial technology startup in the United States is looking for a senior professional to be the first capital markets hire. You will manage the funding stack, lead warehouse facility origination, and engage directly with the CEO on capital strategy. The role demands at least 7 years of experience in capital markets and the ability to work independently in an early-stage setting. This opportunity includes meaningful equity in a rapidly growing company with a clear path to significant funding volume.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in capital markets, structured finance, or treasury at a specialty lending company or fintech.
• Experience closing at least one warehouse facility of $50M+.
• Deep understanding of receivables-based lending economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the company financial model and FP&A function end-to-end.
• Build and maintain pro forma portfolio projections for each product channel.
• Lead warehouse facility origination and structure facility terms.
