• Vocational School Graduate.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist (CSFA) certification through National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent. Required
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification Required
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification Required
• Successful completion of a surgical first program that meets the minimum standards for an educational program Required
• One year or more operating room experience required.
• Must have 200 verified patients during the past 12 months or demonstrated completion of training within the past 12 months Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
