Job summary

Blue Bayou Waterpark is seeking a first aid attendant to provide basic medical care to guests and staff in a fast-paced environment in Baton Rouge. The role requires First Aid and BLS certifications, with preferred EMT or nursing background.

You will maintain a clean, stocked first aid room, respond to incidents quickly, and support safety protocols while delivering friendly, attentive customer service.

Qualifications

This position focuses on providing first aid care for our guests and great customer service. First Aid employees provide basic first aid to guests/employees as needed. The ideal candidate should maintain sound working knowledge of first aid, including treatments, new procedures, and continuing education credits (CEU's), first aid and CPR certifications as required. They are also able to work in a high-speed, highly stressful environment with rapidly changing scenarios and able to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, along with keeping the first aid room clean and ready for use at all times.
