Consilio Direct Hire is partnering with a nationally recognized boutique law firm in Washington, DC to identify a Firm Administrator.
Reporting directly to the Firm's Shareholders, this individual will oversee the firm's finance, HR, operations, technology, and facilities functions while serving as a key business partner to firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare financial analyses and cash flow forecasts for Shareholders
- Coordinate year-end financial activities with the firm's outside CPA
- Manage accounting systems and vendor relationships
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, retirement plans, and HR systems
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and serve as liaison to benefits providers
- Support Shareholders on personnel matters and workforce planning
Operations, Technology & Facilities
- Manage the firm's day-to-day business operations
- Oversee relationships with IT providers, consultants, and other vendors
- Support administration of financial, HR, practice management, and document management systems
- Coordinate facilities, office maintenance, and operational projects
Leadership Support
- Prepare reports and analyses for monthly Shareholder meetings
- Participate in strategic planning and firm-wide initiatives
- Lead special projects and drive operational improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm administration or management experience
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, HR, and business operations
- Experience managing vendors, technology platforms, and administrative functions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
