Qualifications
- Installation and troubleshooting of fireplaces
- Courteous and effective communication with customers and internal staff
- Ability to read manuals, codes and other related materials
- Ability to operate an electronic scheduling system on a phone/tablet
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Responsibilities
- Installation and troubleshooting of fireplaces
- Communicate with external customers and internal staff by verbal and text/email
- Complete jobs/tasks per manager or trainer instructions
- Confirm installation requirements from manuals and codes
- Use electronic scheduling system via smartphone or tablet
- Other duties as assigned by Installation Services Manager or senior management
