Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer EMT Response Patrol Driver in Fairless Hills, PA. The role involves patrolling a manufacturing site, handling security procedures, and responding to emergencies.

This is a full-time night-shift position with IP-based access control responsibilities and a focus on safety and customer service. Applicants should have EMT certification, firefighting experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service while enforcing site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points and perimeters.
• Monitor access and verify credentials, reporting unusual conditions to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders.
