Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Part Time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers promptly, assess needs, demonstrate products, and help drive store programs including club membership and in-store pickup.

Maintain firearm displays, ensure compliance with 4473 procedures and ATF regulations, keep shelves stocked, and provide accurate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms/ammunition and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend products at the gun counter.
• Complete 4473 forms accurately and assist with compliance.
• Maintain firearms and hunting merchandise displays and stock.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
