Job summary

Runnings is seeking a Firearms Specialist to assist customers in the Sporting Goods Department and ensure accurate completion of firearm sales records in compliance with FFL regulations.

The role requires you to be legally eligible to handle firearms and may involve training staff on 4473 forms, ATF procedures, and proper sale recording. Prior experience with FFL regulations is preferred and benefits are available. Competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must be legally able to handle and be involved in the sale of firearms.
• Experience with FFL regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they shop in the store and assist with customer service questions.
• Price store merchandise and adjust prices as requested by management.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves per direction of management.
• Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure readiness for ATF and internal audits.
• Assist in training staff on A&D log requirements, 4473 handling and sales recording.
