Job summary

United Defense Tactical seeks a skilled Firearms Instructor to join the team, providing firearms training, safety instruction, and shooting technique coaching. You will use a threat-based simulator and conduct force-on-force training for civilians, security professionals, and law enforcement clients.

UDT emphasizes safety, professionalism, and mentorship, offering state-of-the-art facilities for indoor and outdoor live-fire training and ongoing instructor development.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adhere to UDT's extensive and in-depth curriculum.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a firearms Instructor/law enforcement officer/Prior Military
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of firearm safety and handling protocols.
• Familiarity with a variety of firearms and their operation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor range environment.
• Poses any necessary certifications and licenses for instructing.
• Outgoing and Engaging with members

Responsibilities

• Stay current with industry developments, new equipment, and training techniques to ensure that training sessions are up-to-date and effective.

Job Summary

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full time:

40 Hours Per Week

• Weekday mornings or afternoons
• Weekends
• Evening shifts

Part Time

You can generally be expected to work 16 - 20 hours a week. Common part-time work schedules include:

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
