Express Employment Professionals is looking for dependable, safety-minded people to work as Fire Watch at a local industrial facility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can stay focused, follow safety procedures, and take their responsibility seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor areas where welding, cutting, grinding, and other hot work is happening
• Watch for sparks, smoke, flames, and other hazards
• Keep combustible materials away from the work area
• Make sure fire extinguishers and emergency equipment are accessible
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Continue monitoring the area after hot work as required
• Communicate with welders, supervisors, and other team members

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Stand for the entire shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk and move around an industrial work area
• Stay alert and focused for extended periods
• Follow verbal and written safety instructions
• Wear required PPE
• Maintain reliable attendance

Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, or safety experience is helpful. Fire Watch or hot-work experience is a PLUS!
