Job summary

Best Logistics Technology is seeking a diligent Fire Watch / Safety Patrol Officer to monitor facility areas, detect hazards, and ensure clear egress routes. You will respond to emergencies, assist in evacuations, and maintain logs of patrols and safety observations.

Shift work includes nights, weekends, or holidays as required; safety-focused individuals are encouraged to apply. The role requires walking/standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods and monitor multiple areas.
• Strong attention to fire hazards, egress routes, and signage.
• Ability to respond rapidly and follow safety protocols during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned zones, checking doors, exits, and extinguishers.
• Detect and report hazards; document patrols and actions in logs.
• Respond to emergencies, alert occupants, and assist with evacuations as needed.
