Job summary

Marmic Fire and Safety Co. is seeking a Sprinkler Technician Lead to plan, lead, and execute installation and servicing of sprinkler systems across commercial and industrial projects.

You will guide technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards and codes, and mentor staff to meet project goals. The role requires directing daily operations, coordinating with departments, and maintaining high-quality service while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and service.

• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Position Summary

The Sprinkler Technician Lead at Marmic Fire and Safety is responsible for planning, leading, and executing the installation and servicing of sprinkler systems across a range of commercial and industrial projects. The Sprinkler Tech Lead will guide a team of technicians and fitters, ensuring that all work adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory codes. This role requires overseeing daily operations, mentoring techs, meeting project goals, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Min: USD $25.00/Hr., Max: USD $40.00/Hr.
